i am really struggling to sort out an issue with the INM impresarrio xtra

I am loading RTF files into cast members and then creating dynamic PDFs from those cast members...

The problem I am having is that the cast members which have RTF files loaded into them are losing their formatting when the PDF is created, the cast members look fine in Director and in the projector file, but the formatting is lost in the PDF.

I have tried contacting INM but not had any luck and can't find anything on the net which points to a solution, so here I am.
